Erika holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Master's in Transpersonal Development. Her journey into transpersonal development was a deep dive in understanding human potential from an interdisciplinary perspective, encompassing the realms of mind, body, and spirit. Her education paired with her personal formation fostered her passion for supporting others in their emotional and spiritual development.

Erika is a Certified Usui Reiki Master with 7 years of experience, and an Access Bars Practitioner with a focus in clearing psychosomatic blockages for emotional release and integration.

Erika's educational background encompasses disciplines such as Rational Emotional Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Dream Interpretation, Archetypes, Positive Psychology, Spiritual Emergencies, Ho'oponopono, Hypnosis, the Enneagram System, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Regressions and visualizations, Inner Child work, and Somatic Mindfulness.

Erika's mission is to serve as a guide for patients on their journey towards embodying their fullest potential by cultivating intuition and self-trust.

Outside of her practice, Erika loves having deep conversations about the mysteries of life and the human experience, laughing and spending time with her husband, family, and beloved friends.
