Dr. Brie Kueber

Certified Acupuncturist, Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Acupuncturist Brie Krueber

Brie Kueber, L.Ac, is a California board certified acupuncturist and received her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in social change in 2017 and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in trauma-informed, mindfulness-based yoga in 2018. Brie is Reiki II attuned and certified and incorporates Reiki in everyday life and in every treatment.

Fascinated with both the mind and human body, Brie found trauma-informed yoga in her search to explore the connection between the two and began a deep-dive into how trauma is stored in the body and ways that the body can heal through physical and emotional pain. When her dad started acupuncture to manage chronic pain and neuropathy associated with a traumatic spinal cord injury, Brie realized this ancient medicine didn’t see the mind, body, and spirit as separate but rather as inseparable parts of a whole person.

Brie blends Classical Five Element and orthopedic acupuncture to address musculoskeletal imbalance and pain alongside the spiritual and mental-emotional needs of a person. Five Element acupuncture believes in the innate wisdom of the body to bring itself back into balance. As in nature, the body consists of the elements fire, water, earth, metal, and wood. Just one element in distress will begin a cascade into disharmony in the rest of the elements. Through the diagnostic tools of color, odor, sound and emotion, the primary element out of balance is identified as the root cause of dis-ease, and can then be treated through the clearing of blocks in the flow of qi found through pulse diagnosis and potent points based on the spiritual needs of the patient.

Additionally, Brie is also certified in facial rejuvenation and microneedling. The way we feel externally can reflect in our inner worlds just as what is going on internally can start to reflect physically, Facial acupuncture is a tool that is used to address all the needs of the person while making them feel calm, cared for, and beautiful.
