Certified Yoga Teacher and and Reiki Master Teacher
Caitlin is a yoga teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and Mind-Body Wellness Practitioner who is devoted to cultivating health and well-being, self-love, healing, empowerment, and growth in her work. She found yoga in her teens, but started practicing and studying yoga in her early twenties to support injury recovery. Yoga and yoga philosophy opened up an entire new world of physical, emotional, spiritual wellness and shifted the direction of her life entirely. She’s passionate about sharing yoga and supporting community centered on equity, compassion, joy, and healing.
Caitlin completed her 200 hour training at Hapa Yoga in San Diego and is certified to teach in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. Her teaching style creates space and curiosity within the mind, awareness, strength, and flexibility in the body, and greater love and resilience on and off the mat.

This restorative yoga is offered by talented yoga instructor and Reiki Master, Caitlin Goehring on Tuesdays. This experience invites you to slow down and melt into deep relaxation. Yin yoga works deeply within the connective tissues, promoting the release of stored tension in the body and fascia while calming the nervous system and facilitating a calm, grounded state through gentle, prolonged holds and mindful breath. Each posture allows the body to soften and unwind, creating space for inner stillness and opening. Reiki energy work will be offered to complement your practice, fostering an even deeper sense of balance and relaxation.
This invigorating Hatha/Vinyasa class is designed to build strength in both body and mind while enhancing fluidity and balance. Through conscious movement and pranayama (breathwork), we’ll flow through sequences that build heat and energize the body, helping to focus and calm the mind. Perfect for those looking to connect to their body and build strength, flexibility, and endurance.
