Nalu Healing Arts is an oasis of love, caring, kindness, healing, movement, and joy in the popular SD area of Bay Park. Their services have helped me with the following: lower back pain, process trauma in a loving way, manage anxiety, helped with recovery post wisdom teeth removal surgery, overcome TWO sinus infections, manage TMJ symptoms + more! The most treasured value I have gained while seeing Nalu regularly was how to check in regularly with myself and be more in tune with what my body is saying and needs.
